Ken Block Sn*Drift Fiesta Rally video

We’re big fans of Ken Block’s abilities here at Cars UK Towers. We’ve run a couple of Ken Block Videos before, including the Ken Block Gymkhana 2.1 video and the Ken Block on Top Gear video (which TG unsportingly blocked – as they do) – and even Ken Block driving a MKII Escort – and they show off the skills of a man at the top of his game.

But Ken has moved on from Subaru, and is this year driving the Monster Ford Fiesta Rally WRT car instead. And the first event is the Rally America Sno*Drift event in Michigan, contested over some real snow and ice territory.

This video shows Ken doing things that just shouldn’t be possible on ice and snow including throwing the rally Fiesta around as if he’s on tarmac and hitting some insane speeds on a long straight.

Sadly for Ken, the race proper resulted in him dropping out after just seven stages after suspension failure. The winner was Travis Pastrana and co-driver Christian Edstrom who won the event for the fourth time in succession.

But that doesn’t detract from Ken’s display of skills in the video below. Enjoy the thrill of a driver’s eye view.

But be warned. Don’t try this at home if it snows again.
