Land Rover adds warranty program on pre-owned vehicles

Land Rover has add a warranty program for certified pre-owned-vehicle buyers in North America.

Beginning on Oct. 1, Land Rover Select CPO buyers get a six-year/100,000-mile warranty, 24-hour roadside assistance, a 150-point inspection and no deductible on their vehicles.

Land Rover said the new program will give customers pre-owned vehicles that have been thoroughly inspected, so that they can expect the same quality of product as new-vehicle buyers.

CPO buyers can choose from Land Rovers manufactured within the last five model years that have less than 60,000 miles.

Pre-owned-vehicle owners have the same perks as new-vehicle buyers by way of opportunities to participate in the brand's retailer events and get Land Rover driving-school discounts and a free subscription to Land Rover's OneLife magazine.
