Limited edition Audi TT marks sales milestone
Fri, 11 Oct 2013AUDI HAS created a special edition model to celebrate the TT line’s milestone of half a million units sold.
Only 500 TTS Limited Edition models will be built, with 120 coming to the UK. Based on the TTS and using the same characterful 268bhp five-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, the Limited Edition will boast a selection of upgrades and two unique colours.
The Nimbus Grey Coupe will cost from £38,860, while the Imola Yellow convertible Roadster starts from £42,320.
Both models share a TT RS –style fixed rear spoiler, along with an upgrade from 18-inch alloy wheels to 19-inch five-spoke types seen on several RS models.
Grey leather upholstery is standard, along with grey and yellow stitching. A numbered plaque in the door trim underscores the model’s exclusivity.
Extra interior features over the standard TTS include DVD-based satellite navigation, a Bluetooth mobile phone interface and Audi Music Interface (AMI) iPod connection, plus a Bose sound system upgrade, rear parking sensors, cruise control, light and rain sensors and an interior light package.
Any persons wishing to register their interest in the new limited edition model should do so at an Audi main dealer.
