The Maserati GS Zagato. Can we see the front, please?
Afraid not. These are the only pictures of the car to have been released by Italian coachbuilders Zagato, but there’s certainly no question about the attractiveness of its rump. The GS Zagato has been commissioned by Paulo Boffi, a high flier in the Italian luxury furniture market who is apparently not content with the idea of simply picking his car from a showroom. So he's had his Gransport Spyder rebodied - with stunning results.
Not at all. This GS Zagato is a Maserati Gransport Spyder underneath, powered by a 400bhp 4.2-litre V8, although Zagato remains tight-lipped about any mechanical changes. The Italian coachbuilder has completely reworked the exterior of the car by turning it into a two-seater coupe with an aluminium body and 180mm shorter wheelbase. The GS Zagato is inspired by the gorgeous 1954 A6 G Zagato, one of Boffi's favourite Maseratis.
