National Corvette Museum offers free admission to service personnel in November
Thu, 29 Oct 2009The National Corvette Museum is showing its appreciation for those who wear the uniform by offering free admission in November.
All military personal--plus police officers, firefighters and their immediate families--can get into the Bowling Green, Ky., shrine to America's sports car by showing their service identification.
The newly expanded facility features more than 80 rare and classic Corvettes.
"Corvette is an American icon, and we invite these special individuals and their family members to experience a tour of the museum dedicated to America’s favorite sports car," executive director Wendell Strode said in a statement.
