Nissan Juke-R to go in to production – likely to cost £125k UPDATED New Video

The barking mad love child of the GT-R and Juke – the Nissan Juke-R – is to go in to limited production at a likely price of £125k.
Today, we’re expecting Nissan to deliver the full version of its ‘Juke-R vs Supercars’ video from Dubai – the one they’ve been trailing with a series of short Juke-R teasers. And now we know why.
Nissan will announce today that the Juke-R is to go in to production. Yes, the completely bonkers, very compact, stupidly quick and massively appealing Nissan Juke-R is to be a production model, albeit in very limited numbers – probably around 20 or so.
At £125,000 Nissan aren’t taking the Juke-R seriously as a production option but pampering to the whims of those whose pockets are deep enough to drop £125k on a tiny Tonka for blatting around town at mad speed. Look out for for the Juke-R tearing round the Brompton Road sometime soon.
For £125k buyers will get a power upgrade in line with the latest GT-R spec – which means 540bhp – and a pocket rocket that’s hard to catch.
We don’t have huge details yet, but expect Nissan to deliver them with their version of the Supercar battle video later today when they’ll be able to say the Juke-R whips the ass of the supercars on the track and on price and now you can have one too.
We’ll update then.
Update: Nissan has released the Juke-R vs Supercars Dubai video and confirmed the limited production run of the Juke-R. Video below.
