Nissan is keeping prices essentially the same for the 2012 Armada and Titan lineups, the former with slightly higher stickers for the SL and Platinum models.
The Nissan Armada SUV still comes in three trims for 2012. The rear-wheel-drive SV starts at $39,465 with shipping and at $45,065 for the all-wheel-drive version. The rear-drive SL starts at $44,915--about $300 more than in 2011--and at $47,815 for the all-wheel-drive model. The top-of-the-line Platinum model's price increases about $200 for 2012, at $52,025 in rear drive and $54,925 in all-wheel drive.
All Armadas are powered by a 5.6-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Changes for the model year include a new standard power liftgate in the SV Driver Package and on the SL trim and heated front seats on the SL trim. Standard features on the Platinum trim now include heated seats for the second row as well as a padded center armrest. A new silver exterior color option is also available for the Platinum model.
For the 2012 Titan pickup lineup, there are King Cab and Crew Cab body styles with rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations, along with two wheelbases and three bed lengths. Prices are the same for the four available models: the S, the SV, the PRO-4X and the SL.
The short-wheelbase Titan S King Cab starts at $28,385 for the rear-drive model and at $31,235 for all-wheel drive. In the Crew Cab body style, the rear-wheel-drive Titan S starts at $30,935 and the all-wheel version at $33,790.
The short-wheelbase Titan SV King Cab costs $30,385 for the rear-drive model and $33,235 for the all-wheel-drive model.
The Crew Cab versions come in short- and long-wheelbase variants. The short-wheelbase, rear-drive SV Crew Cab starts at $32,585 and the all-wheel-drive version at $35,435. For the long-wheelbase SV Crew Cabs, rear-drive models are $33,035 and all-wheel-drive versions are $35,915.
The short-wheelbase PRO-4X King Cab starts at $36,115 and is only available in all-wheel drive. The Crew Cab version starts at $38,315.
The SL is available only with a short wheelbase and in Crew Cab body styles. The rear-drive model starts at $38,485 and the all-wheel-drive model at $41,185.
Like the Armadas, the Titans come equipped with the 5.6-liter V8 and a five-speed automatic. Changes to the lineup for 2012 include a new Sport Appearance Package that features body-color front and rear bumpers, black step rails and lockable bedside storage. The Titan also is offered in a new silver exterior color option.
All 2012 Nissan Armadas and Titans are now available at dealerships nationwide.
