One Lap of the Web: Brazilian Volkswagens and unnecessary Volkswagens

-- Ever seen a Volkswagen SP2? It's a Brazil-only model made between 1972 and 1976 because, at the time, the Brazilian market was closed to imports. Just over 10,000 examples were made, and some have made their way to the U.S. Last time we saw one was at Carlisle Import Nationals last year, and right now that very example is for sale on Craigslist out of Harrisburg, Pa. Another question: Is it worth the $22,000 the owner is asking for it?
-- The Smart car may get a bit of flak for being unnecessarily small, but some EV manufacturers have decided that it might not be small enough. And a hoon from the U.K. found, um, what can be described as a self-propelled phone booth while on a trip to Norway. Actually, it's way smaller than a British phone booth, and it probably doesn't have a phone. And these are available in the U.S. as well. Perhaps you've seen one.
