One Lap of the Web: Gilbern GT1800, Porsche 911 Targa and Corvette flybys

A picture of what might be the next Porsche 911 Targa leaked onto the Web Friday from Automoto.fr. The photos show a retro look on the removable-top cruiser, which sports a bigger B-pillar than the hardtop. Speculation is that the car could debut as early as next year's Geneva motor show.
Petrolicious is checking on the GT1800, a small sports car built by a company called Gilbern in Wales, U.K. The model in question has a tubular steel spaceframe chassis and a full fiberglass body. It looks a little like an old Aston Martin to us. Check out a ton of pics here.
Hennessey is digging its claws into the new Corvette Stingray. Check out this flyby videoof a Vette doing what must be about 200 mph.
Finally, take a look at this woman flipping her Opel Frontera on a rainy two-lane highway. It may be the calmest rollover in the history of rollovers. Luckily, she seems to be OK.
