Wed, 29 May 2013
We spend a lot of time on the Internet -- pretty much whenever we're not driving, writing about or working on cars. Since there's more out there than we'd ever be able to cover, here's our daily digest of car stuff on the Web you may not otherwise have heard about.
-- This weekend was a car enthusiast's dream with the Indy 500, NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 and the Monaco Grand Prix. We all know Monaco is a beautiful place, but the city has its fair share of sweet cars as well. Check out Top Gear's gallery of all the rides they tracked during the Monaco Grand Prix Weekend.
-- Rapper Lupe Fiasco has always been known for his original music and politicized lyrics, but he's quite the car guy as well. His collection spans a collection of Ferraris and cars from the 1960s. Read about how his love of cars started here.
-- Remember the Peel P50 mini three-wheeled car that Jeremy Clarkson was riding around London in on a Top Gear episode a couple years ago? Well, now it can be yours for a price of $26,000. Check out the description here, and resist the urge to purchase it on the spot.
-- The police of Dubai's patrol fleet is essentially a supercar collection. Take an in-depth look into the best police fleet in the world and exactly how it all started, here.
