Order your Mazda Miata 25th Anniversary Edition today
Tue, 20 May 2014
Are you tired of driving around in a boring old Miata? Are you tired of going through another day with a car that doesn't celebrate 25 years of the most popular roadster ever built? Do you just want that extra collectibility in your tiny sports car?
Then boy, does Mazda have a solution for you!
Call now and you can get the Mazda Miata 25th Anniversary Special Edition! The phone lines will be open at 10:25 a.m. Pacific time, according to Mazda, and you just have to call the number at the Mazda website to reserve your own. Keep hitting that refresh button!
It slices! It dices! It's a soul-red Miata with a hand-painted interior! It's got tan seats! It's got a serial number badge! You can carve canyon roads easily with the Bilstein shocks! Rest your feet on aluminum pedals!
Call now and you'll even get the Tourneau watch, a neat little Swiss number with a 25-jewel ETA 2824-2 movement and a red-stitched leather strap. But wait! There's more! Call now and Mazda will even throw in a winding display box!
All this can be yours for the low, low price of just $32,205, or just 1,614 payments of $19.95 each! But you better act fast. Because just 100 of these cars will be available for America, and when they're gone they're gone.
Hurry, operators are (or will be) standing by.
Update: As of 10:45am, the Mazda website says, "THE MX-5 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITIONS WENT FAST... VERY FAST." Mazda had originally budgeted room for 250 inquiries, or to open the preorder program until May 31 at 11:25am Pacific Time. But orders for all 100 cars had been fulfilled in ten minutes. "Not entirely unexpected," read a Mazda press release, "but a pleasant surprise nonetheless."
