RM Auctions may be best associated with high-end sales that feature fewer than 200 vehicles, but don't let its reputation fool you.
Since being established in July, Auctions America by RM Auctions has secured more than 1,000 vehicles for its inaugural Auburn Fall Collector Car Auction, Sept. 2-5. The sale will be held at the newly upgraded Auburn Auction Park in Auburn, Ind.
Auctions America by RM Auctions bought many of the assets of auctioneer Dean Kruse, who made the Labor Day weekend event in Auburn a staple of the collector-car calendar.
“We're really pleased with how our first Labor Day weekend event is taking shape over this short two-month span of time,” said Donnie Gould of Auctions America. “We truly have something for everyone.”
Ranging from Brass Era cars to late-model exotics, the auction's selection includes highlights such as a 1934 Duesenberg Model JN Convertible Sedan by Rollston, a 1907 Alldays and Onions Roadster, and a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible.
The auction will run Sept. 2-5, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The event will also include a swap meet and car corral. For additional details, visit www.rmauctions.com.
