Teen Driving: Gen Y delays earning licenses

From the environmentalists to the socially connected, trends indicate teens aren't in as much of a rush to earn a driver's license.
In fact, almost half of 18- to 24-year-olds surveyed said they would pick Web access over their own car if they had to choose.
Experts say social media sites in particular play a role by connecting teens without requiring them to leave their house.
