The goal of driver training programs is to give teens as much information and experience as possible to become successful drivers. But it starts with a good teacher.
Who is to say that any one individual is qualified to do the job? There aren't many standards in restricting who can and who can't become a training instructor. The qualifications list seems to have blown out the window.
