Wet T-Shirt Video – but not quite what you’d expect

On the face of it this wet T-Shirt video from a paint sealant company is a blunt way of getting a sales message across. But it has a twist.

We get sent lots of videos from companies with car-related products to flog who hope we’ll run their masterpiece and get a bit of a buzz going to boost sales. But most are a bit lame.

And when we got the video below in from a viral seeding company promoting a Nano Paint Sealing product from Duxcoat we expected much the same. But we forced ourselves to watch the video even though it was billed as  ’A Wet T-Shirt Accident’. It’s our job.

Having forced ourselves to watch a far from unattractive young lady out for a jog in shorts and a white T-Shirt, interspersed with shots of a pickup on a muddy track and a roadside puddle, we braced ourselves to avert our gaze as girl, T-Shirt and puddle collided – the anticipated denouement.

And indeed, girl and puddle do collide and we get the ‘money shot’ we expected. Except it’s not quite what we expected.
