Mustang Multi-Logo Jacket - All New Design! This popular Mustang racing jacket is back, with an all new design. This time, the iconic marquees and engine logos appear on the sleeves, leaving the back with a clean Tri Bar Running Horse design, done in very high quality embroidery. On the front, the word "Mustang" is done in script, similar to the 1968 emblem style. Below that, it is says "The Legend Lives". Above is a blue Ford Oval. On the back, the instantly recognizable Tri Bar Running Horse, with a bolded, two-tone text "Ford Mustang" that encircles the horse. "Since 1964" appears as script up top, and on the back collar, is another small blue Ford Oval. Logos on the sleeves include: GT/CS (California Special - NEW!); BOSS 302; BOSS 429; Cobra Jet 428 with Snake; 5.0; SVT; Mach 1; 289 (on a V, like the front fender badge); GT and Cobra R. These jackets were DONE RIGHT! The jacket is heavy brushed twill, fully lined in heavy bridal satin with stainless steel snaps & shoulder pads. BASF launches car seat design competition

The contest asks for designers to submit their ideas for a car concept car seat using BASF materials and will be judged by three renowned industrial and automotive designers: Dave Lyon, former-Executive Director of Interior Design America for GM, industrial designer Konstantin Grcic and former Pininfarina designer Ken Okuyama along with BASF representatives.

Blurring the lines between the real and the virtual (which is the way all our lives are going) Volkswagen has taken the opportunity to build a real life GTI Roadster – without the constraints of a concept heading for production – and has come up with a tw-seater open roadster that has some design cues from the Golf but is shorter and a lot lower. Those deign cues extend to a a front end that looks like a squashed GTI with its headlights and grill on show with big air intakes, all of which conspires to make the GTI Roadster look even lower, emaner and wider than it is.

The 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 delivers 410 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque and has an array of new features, including all-new cylinder block casting, strengthened connecting rods, more than 12 lbs. of boost from the two turbochargers and an all-new direct-injection fuel system.
