If you don’t have the part number, you can get it from any dealership by providing your VIN. This way you can avoid unnecessary hassle and return shipping costs. If you are not sure, please contact us to confirm fitment. We provide part numbers and high resolution photos, but if you do not check them we cannot guarantee fitment. Remember, Ebay compatibility charts are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.

A 1937 BMW 328 Roadster owned by Lothar Schuettler of Darnestown, Md., took Best of Show honors at the Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d'Elegance. The Sunday concours, which had BMW as the honored marque, wrapped up a weeklong event that included the Savannah Speed Classic vintage races in nearby Savannah, Ga., a tour around Hilton Head by concours entrants, a Motoring Midway and a Car Club Jamboree on Saturday featuring exhibits from car clubs from around the country. The 328 Roadster was first owned by German race driver Baron Fritz Huschke von Hanstein and is one of only 18 cars that were painted black that year.

Fiat launches new MultiAir engines

Mon, 09 Mar 2009

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 09 March 2009 14:02 Fiat showed off the detail of its new MultiAir engines at the 2009 Geneva motor show – and we’ll finally be able to buy the tech on the new Alfa Romeo Mito supermini later in 2009. The brains behind the common-rail injection system that shook up diesel technology have now produced a new technology designed to make petrol engines more efficient and cleaner. Engineers claim the MultiAir engines – which use electrohydraulic actuation, rather than the more widely available electromechanical systems – boost power and torque, while cutting CO2 by between 10% and 25% and other pollutants by up to 60%.
