Shipping.

Most shipping charges are listed in the shipping section on the item listing. Most small items will ship via USPS priority mail. Orders will be shipped within two business days of the processing times listed below: 1. If your order was received before 1PM eastern time Monday-Friday it will be processed that day and shipped within two business days. 2. Orders received after 1PM Monday-Thursday will be processed the following business day and shipped within two business days. 3. If your order was received after 1PM on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday and shipped within two business days. We ship our orders by USPS and FEDEX which does not pick up on weekends. If Monday is a holiday it will be processed Tuesday and shipped within two business days. Our shipping department is closed on weekends. Tracking information will automatically be sent to you by e-mail directly from USPS store once your order has left our facility. Large items ship via common freight carrier or FEDEX. Parts shipped by freight are pallet strapped and wrapped. For freight shipments, the shipping address you provide must be a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, such as a business with a loading dock or forklift. It is the buyer?s responsibility to ensure the location will accept the shipment and can properly unload the part from the tractor trailer. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate, please contact us first. We are not responsible for any charges that shipping companies may require for assistance or lift gate, re-delivery, extended area delivery, etc.  We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier. You can also pick up your part from the nearest Freight Carrier terminal. They have the equipment to load your part onto a pickup truck, trailer, etc, and usually there are no additional fees for their service. Contact us for the nearest terminal location to you. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information. This includes your name & phone number as well as business name, address, and contact information for delivery. We do not ship until we have all required information. Customer pickup at our location is available (By appointment only). There is no pickup charge, but contact us first to let us know when you can pick up your part. U.S shipping costs listed in the auction are for shipping to the lower 48 states only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a USPS shippable street address. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available but will require a shipping quote prior to purchasing your item. Please contact us for shipping costs and information to these locations. No International shipping is available. We also do not ship to Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP and U.S. Territories outside of the continental U.S. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us for immediate assistance. Payment.

We accept immediate payment processed through PayPal only however a Paypal account is not required. You may use a credit or debit card using the Paypal guest option and signing up for a Paypal account is not required. No SALES Tax will be applied to any orders. Some of our listings may use the Best Offer feature. If Best Offer is available on the item it will be on the listing. If you make a Best Offer and your offer is accepted payment is due within 1 business day. If payment is not received after 2 business days the item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder case will be opened.

Returns and Exchanges.

To return an item you must contact us through eBay messaging to obtain a return authorization. Parts returned within 14 calendar days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 14 calendar days. A refund for the purchase amount will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of the returned item. Buyer is responsible for shipping any returns, defective items, or warranty items at their cost.
