Terms:
All Bavarian parts are guaranteed to function properly for the duration of the warranty level chosen. Bavarian will pay all shipping costs for defective
parts returned within stated warranty period. All returns are for replacement exchange only. All returned parts must be accompanied by the original invoice. Bavarian Auto Recycling accepts no liability for any labor required to repair or replace any parts sold with the Bavarian standard 6 month warranty (or with any non-labor warranty options). Labor reimbursements are only paid when the part is purchased with a Labor Warranty Option.
Labor charges for re-installation under the Labor Saver Warranty Option are paid at Mitchell Flat Rate multiplied by $50 per hour — (up to a maximum of $500 per occurrence). Labor charges for re-installation under the Labor Assurance Warranty Option are paid at Mitchell Flat Rate multiplied by the posted shop labor rate of the warranty shop chosen for the repair. Posted shop rates must be pre-printed on the repair shop’s invoice and/or registered with the applicable state’s Bureau of Automotive Repair Agency. Labor reimbursements will be paid with a Bavarian in-store parts credit when the item is installed by the end user.
We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards. Many shipping options are available. Check item shipping options or ask your representative for the current shipping. Customer is responsible for the return shipping of items not needed. We do not pay return freight for items ordered in error. No Sales Tax Outside California. CA customers pay 8.75% state sales tax. No sales tax with valid CA resale permit or if item is shipped outside California.
In keeping with eBay payment policy, we accept direct bank wire transfers for complete vehicles, engines and parts cars only. All other items listed (including this item if applicable) must be paid by Paypal or Credit Card.
Customer pays for shipping to be determined by address and zip code. All small package domestic parcel shipments are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. All heavy freight shipments are processed through our in house freight quote system. We use various carriers to help you get the best shipping price. To assist our military service personnel abroad, we will ship to Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's. We do not allow any other P.O. Box shipments.
International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All Bavarian parts are inspected and spot cleaned before shipping. If you would like your item steam cleaned to remove all traces of dirt and grease, we offer the Bavarian Jet-Clean option at checkout.
For an additional 10% of the purchase price, we will steam clean your part using our environmentally friendly (closed-loop) hot water jet cleaner. This option removes
all dirt, grease, and grime – and provides a look and feel closer to that of new part. Any sensitive mechanical items with precision internal moving parts are sealed
up with cap-plugs before jet-cleaning. And all Bavarian Jet-Cleaned parts are dried and lubed before shipping. Ask your Bavarian rep for details and choose the Bavarian Jet-Clean Option at checkout.
All Bavarian hard parts are inspected and cleaned before shipping at no additional charge. If you would prefer a finish closer to that of a new part, we offer the Bavarian Bead-Blast option at checkout.
For an additional 25% of the purchase price, we will bead-blast your item using pressurized glass beads. This process creates a finish that matches or exceeds the look of a
new part -- without affecting the quality or integrity of the base metal. Ask your Bavarian rep for details and choose the Bavarian Bead-Blast option at checkout.
All returns are for parts exchange or will be credited back to the original form of payment. We strive for perfection on every listing and every order. Although we try to keep all items in stock, sometimes items sell out before we have a chance to update our eBay store. In these cases, we will refund your payment (no backorders).
