Infiniti Q50 revealed ahead of Detroit

Infiniti has released an image of a new Q50 Eau Rouge concept ahead of its debut at the Detroit Motor Show on January 13. The Eau Rouge is based on the Q50 saloon, and the company says it draws inspiration from the collaboration between Infiniti and Red Bull Racing. The vehicle in these photos might resemble an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from some angles, but the raised ride height, chunky all-terrain tires and slotted grille hiding behind the camouflage suggest a prototype of the 2014 Jeep Liberty. Code-named UJ, the new Jeep Liberty will be built at Chrysler's Toledo, Ohio, assembly plant. A new 3.2-liter V6 will power the Liberty, which will come with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
