Up for sale is another interesting find from our part "barn".  This is a clutch slave cylinder that will fit on many different BMW from the 60's and early 70's.  The part does not look like it has ever been used, however it is not in the correct box.  The part number on the orange tag that is 03.2519-1402.3.  The clutch cylinder is still in the original wax paper.  The ATE box has Benz CL. SLAVE CYLINDER written on it, however that is incorrect.

UK car production slumps, state help sought

Fri, 21 Nov 2008

By Digby Fullam Motor Industry 21 November 2008 14:30 The full effect of the downturn in the global economy is being felt by the UK motor industry, new figures out today reveal. Car production at British factories fell by 29.5% from October 2007's figure.  That makes it the worst October production figures since 1991 which, if you’ll cast your mind back, was the last recession. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders blamed the slump on 'a rapid reduction in demand for motor vehicles.' It’s not just us Brits that aren’t buying cars, either.

Bentley to debut Flying Spur V8 at Geneva motor show

Wed, 26 Feb 2014

Bentley is expanding its Flying Spur range, and will now offer a V8 engine as an option in addition to the W12 in the 2015 model year sedan. This seems like a logical extension, given the fact that Bentley has recently offered a V8 engine in the second-generation Continental GT V8, and they'll bring the new version of the Flying Spur to the Geneva Motor Show next week. Bentley being rather straightforward with their naming practices, the new sedan will be called the Flying Spur V8.
