Two months ago actually, but the new Hyundai i10 city car makes its official show debut at Bologna, and CAR was given access to the car the night before the show so we could have a proper poke round it. Hyundai officials also let slip that the Genesis saloon will be shown at the start of 2008 in Detroit, while the production Coupe will be previewed at the New York Motor Show in March 2008.

Infiniti is readying an all-new, 'highly advanced' EV concept. Set to make its debut at the 2012 Geneva motor show the as-yet unnamed range-extending electric sports car plays to Infiniti's ‘Inspired Performance' moniker. According to the Japanese luxury brand, the mid-engined sports car features all the current Infiniti stylistic traits, such as the crescent-moon C-pillar and slick surfacing.

Fast & Furious star Paul Walker dies in car crash

AP The US actor Paul Walker has died in a car crash in Valencia, California. The 40-year-old star of the Fast & Furious movie franchise was a passenger in a red Porsche Carrera GT sports car that hit a lamp post and burst into flames. Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department attended the incident north of LA but Paul Walker and the driver of the Porsche were pronounced dead at the scene.
