This is a great group from a 1998 7 series BMW. Auction is for (1) BMW fabric covered case with Velcro closures and attachment strips for trunk, (2) PRW-163&PRW1416 CD Magazines. I'm sure this fits other BMW's and maybe other car models with a in trunk 6 cd changer. I will leave the research up to you as it came out of a 1998 BMW 740iL. Gently used by 3 owners and worked great when removed from car.

'Talking cars' in US safety drive
Tue, 04 Feb 2014NEW CARS and light trucks may be fitted with technology that lets vehicles communicate with each other in a bid to avoid deadly crashes. A radio beacon would continually transmit a vehicle's position, heading, speed and other information. Cars would receive the same information back from other vehicles, and a vehicle's computer would alert the driver to an impending collision.

Fri, 14 Mar 2008Vehicle Design students at the Royal College of Art in London, UK, started work on a project sponsored by Volkswagen in October last year. Asked to research and visualize future market sectors and the needs, aspirations and desires of potential users; VW's brief to the students was to create a vehicle which had an innovative, integrated interior to reflect the research the students conducted, in a space that had equal value both in the daytime and at night. The brief also called for new space concepts for the person/machine interface through new functions and new packaging of components.
