North Canton, Ohio, United States
This is charging adapter for BMW's with iPod connectivity. Most BMW's from 2006 up to 2012 with iPod connectivity lack the ample power to charge your iPhone or iPod. This unit was released by BMW to correct that issue by providing the power necessary to charge and operate your device while playing music through the factory system.
The unit plugs into the vehicle's USB and audio input ports, and uses the cigarette lighter socket in the center compartment for power. The Y Cable is then plugged into the unit, and into your iPod or iPhone. Unit is in 100% working condition. It was purchased new and used for 3 months before selling the vehicle. Compatible with all BMW's with iPod connectivity that use the "Y cable" connector. It is not required for vehicles that only have a single USB port. Genuine BMW part: 61 12 2 167 663 |

Gordon Murray and Yamaha reveal new Motiv city car (2016)
Thu, 21 Nov 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 21 November 2013 11:00 This futuristic Smart ForTwo lookalike is in fact the Gordon Murray Design Motiv – and no, the latter part of that name isn’t a typo. Built in conjunction with Yamaha, the Motiv uses elements of F1, motorcycle and extra-automotive technology to try and cut down on the environmental impact building – and running – a car creates. Mainly, it’s the two-seater’s production process, coined ‘iStream’ by the 240mph McLaren F1’s designer Gordon Murray.
EVs are back in Revenge of the Electric Car
Wed, 28 Sep 2011Revenge of the Electric Car, by writer/director Chris Paine, follows General Motors' Bob Lutz, Nissan's Carlos Ghosn, Tesla's Elon Musk and backyard inventor Greg "Gadget" Abbott from 2007 to 2010, when their respective companies were getting in (or returning) to the electric-car game. Paine also wrote and directed the contentious 2006 documentary Who Killed the Electric Car? That film followed the GM EV1 electric vehicle from buyer's hands to the junkyard when the company controversially collected and destroyed them all.
New Ford Mustang: First right-hand-drive Mustang built
Mon, 18 Aug 2014New Ford Mustang: First right-hand-drive Mustang built The new Ford Mustang, unlike Mustangs in the past, will be sold in the UK in right-hand-drive (and in other RHD markets too), and that has now got closer with the reveal of the first RHD Mustang (above) to roll out of a Ford production plant. Ford has already taken orders for the first 130 UK spec RHD Mustangs during the UEFA Champions League final back in May, when 500 new Mustangs were offered as a high-profile way to kick off sales of the new Mustang in Europe. The Mustang is available for the UK in RHD as either a Fastback or Convertible and a choice of either a 420bhp V8 or 2.3 litre EcoBoost with 324bhp, with a standard spec that includes Ford’s SYNC 2, Park Assist, Leather and 19″ alloys.
