We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. We primarily use FedEx Home Delivery and do not require a signature for your convenience.

If you would like FedEx to require a signature, please be sure to contact us immediately after your purchase.

USPS is used for APO, FPO and Puerto Rico addresses. We cannot ship oversized items through USPS. Please allow extra time for USPS shipments.

Additional charges will be applied for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We will only ship to an address within the US.

International customers are able to use eBay's global shipping program.

Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and duties required by your country. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of all costs.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BMW of  Newton within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of the BMW of Newton's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

All returns must be approved with RA # prior to shipment. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, or may only be eligible to receive a partial refund.

• Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to the center's error are not eligible for refund.

• Apparel items must be in the original BMW packaging with all original labeling intact.

• It is recommended that return shipments be insured in the case of damage or loss by the carrier
