Glass lenses are clean with no cracks or chips and only light pitting from normal road driving.  Bulbs included but not guaranteed.  Necessary connectors and pigtails are included.  E30 with US ellipsoids can easily use connectors and pigtails spliced into US wiring, sealed beam cars may require further wiring changes, please research on the web, there are many write-ups and FAQs available.
