BMW E30 convertible soft top including steel-frame, top lock latches, window and electronic switch sensor. It has some scratches and two very small holes. But nothing bad. So outside looks pretty good. There is a little bit of grease on the window (see pictures) and i don't have the proper cleaner to get it off. It needs new paint inside. It will be a very very nice top for low money with a little bit of care. The frame is in a perfect shape. The tension straps work properly and the latches good as well. ! PICK UP ONLY ! |

Subaru's new supermini
Fri, 05 Jan 2007By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 05 January 2007 02:52 Subaru is preparing a rebadged Daihatsu Sirion to slot beneath the Impreza in its range - and the new 'mini could be on sale as early as the end of this year. Toyota, Daihatsu's parent company, bought a 9% shareholding in Subaru's parent company in 2005. So the Daihatsu Sirion 1.0 is an obvious donor car; its £7500 starting price and 57mpg stretch the Subaru range down to a whole new budget marketplace.
UK Car Insurance Company reports buyers downsizing
Sun, 14 Jun 2009Swinton Insurance claim quote requests for bigger cars are down 20% Swinton say that it has seen an increase of 25% in quote requests for smaller engined cars in the last six months and a decrease of 20% in car insurance quotes for cars over 1.8 litres (which, short of the big-engined cars being scrapped begs the question: What’s happened to the big-engined cars? Did they just disappear, or are they just not being insured?). But this got us thinking.
Luxgen Luxgen5 sedan
Fri, 09 Dec 2011Luxgen, Taiwan's only automotive manufacturer with its own design and development center, has announced the launch of the Luxgen5 sedan, which the company says has three design aesthetic elements: surfacing performance, re-curved strokes and intelligent airfoil. What this translates to is a silhouette comparable to the Opel Insignia, with an arcing A-pillar that runs through the cant rail onto the high rear deck. The DRG boasts a large grille, where the chromed ‘wing' motif runs into the LED lamp graphics. The sculpted flanks feature an array of character and detail lines that fall into the ‘re-curved strokes' category of the Luxgen design language.
