Original door mounted Mid Range Speaker for the BMW 3-Series.  The Mid Range Speaker is the larger door speaker below the smaller tweeter speaker (if your car has multiple door speakers).  See compatibility chart below, but your vehicle must have two door speakers, as they did produce two different door speaker configurations (1 or 2 door speakers). 

This is the Black speaker.

 

Outside frame has no cracks or broken pieces.  No warranty on the speaker itself, was removed from 95 M3 as upgrading to HK mid-range speakers.

Honda has released the first images of its new Civic ahead of its launch today at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. The Civic's flowing exterior design is said to have been inspired by the ‘blended wing body' airplane, in which the wings and fuselage blend into one entity for improved performance. Nissan Motor Co. is exploring plans to put a small but powerful four-cylinder Cummins diesel engine in its mid-sized Frontier pickup. The company used the Chicago Auto Show today to showcase a 2.8-liter turbo diesel engine that would deliver almost 200 hp and more than 350 pounds-feet of torque.
