Shipping Policy

To insure that you receive the item with hassle free, we purchase shipping insurance for all International Shipment, purchase signature confirmation for Shipments over $250, and purchase delivery confirmation for all Shipments. We purchase such services with wholesale volume discount, and we charge customer at our cost.

You may request us not to provide such services to reduce the shipping fees, but you will then be responsible for any damage or even total lost during shipping, so this option is not recommended.

We process the shipment within 1 business day after the payment is received and cleared. In most cases, order will be processed within few hours during normal business hour.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

We ship worldwide. The majority of our domestic shipments are via USPS Priority Mail, and International shipments are via USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. Most international shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically according to your location.

United Parcel Service (UPS/FeDex):

Upon customer request, we also use United Parcel Service (UPS) and FeDex. However we recommend USPS since it is generally cheaper. UPS/FeDex shipping are arranged after the sale, and shipping charges may need to be adjusted. If shipping charges are adjusted, a new invoice will be provided to customer, and new payment will need to be made before shipping.

Returns Policy

1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.

2. Please inspect the item(s) and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. If we shipped the wrong parts that you did not order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee. In order to avoid wrong order, we suggest you to provide your VIN (Vehicle ID Number) before purchasing so we can verify the parts you need.

3. Some items require professional skills, equipments and tools to install, so we recommend you ask a certified professional person or auto shop to install the parts. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate expenses included but not limited to medical expenses, labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation/inspection procedures or wrong part ordering.

4. All item shipped have been inspected in detail to avoid any manufacturer flaw, and we guarantee you will be satisfied with any and all purchases from us. If you do not like our products, we will issue refund, less shipping and handling fees and 10% restocking fee. Refund request must be made within 14 days of the merchandise received date.

Shipping damage must be reported and filed with us immediately. Lost in transit must be reported and filed in writing to us immediately. These will benefit you in getting your items reshipped sooner. Ford Fiesta deliveries delayed, storm-damaged rail lines blamed

Ford Motor Co.'s shipments of the 2011 Ford Fiesta subcompact to U.S. dealerships will be delayed by 10 days to two weeks because of storm-damaged railroad lines. Key railroads in northern Mexico were severely damaged by Hurricane Alex on June 30 and later by Tropical Storm Bonnie, said Angie Kozleski, a Ford spokeswoman.

U.S. auto sales--led by BMW, American Honda and Volkswagen Group--rose 15 percent to 1.14 million in November, exceeding analysts' forecasts and setting the stage for the industry to finish 2012 on a high note heading into the new year. Audi has been selling the Q3 crossover overseas for a few years now, but it is set to make its United States debut at the Detroit auto show before hitting dealerships this fall. The 2015 Audi Q3 will complement the new A3 lineup, which includes a sedan, cabriolet and sportback, while expanding the automaker’s luxury crossover/SUV stable. The Q3 will get power from Audi’s workhorse 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, making 200 hp and 207 lb-ft of torque in this application.
