This shifter boot is in excellent condition. It comes with the original bezel which is not cracked or warped or damaged in any way. It came from a 1996 328i with low mileage and is free of the typical wear and tear of most car leathers that are 17 years old. This only has one very small scuff mark (check picture 2).
When I had buy a replacement boot for my e30 years ago, I spent $40 on it from Bavarian Autosport and it did not come with a bezel to clip into the console. This is original equipment in the best used shape you could find.
