Solve your cupholder frustrations! So much better than original factory installed cupholder. I have been manufacturing these cupholders for over 16 years and have thousands of happy BMW owners as customers. It fits perfectly into the coin box below the armrest and has dual Velcro on the shank to help hold in place. The cupholder has legs that sit on the console and gives it stability. They are removable and re-insertable. Comes with a protective pad for the console and straps to help adjust from water bottle to larger container. Holds water bottle, all Starbucks containers, most travel mugs, soda cans, solo cups. These are made specifically for the E38 BMW. Beverage container sits about 2" deep into cupholder to prevent tipping over. Suggest not filling beverage container all the way full and using a lid. Lots of good references on bimmerfest. I use to provide BMW dealerships with this cupholder to help them make sales when this was a new model on the floor. People did not want to buy vehicle due to the cupholder and this solved the problem. Special veneers are available ie piano black and coffee burl and any of the colors you see on the attached charts. You should be able to click on the charts and print them out and take out to the vehicle to compare. There is no charge for special orders. You can email me if you prefer different veneer than what is shown which is European burl. |
