Payment/Shipping:

- Buyers agree to pay fixed shipping and handling fees as stated in the product description. Shipping/handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. Shipping charges include cost of shipment, packing materials, labor and fuel charges.

- Winning bid notification will be sent to buyer automatically through email after auction ended (usually within few minutes)

- Most of the items shipped same or next business day. Shipping times can be slower on   large/heavy items and sometimes we have to get special materials for safe transit.

- Tracking numbers will automatically be e-mailed for USPS (domestic only) or FedEx shipments.

- We are located in Colorado and must charge Sales Tax of 8.1% on all sales shipping to Colorado address.

- International orders shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Tracking numbers not available for that Service. There is no guaranty how fast you will get your item but 99% delivered within 30 days.

Return policy:

Colorado Imports will NOT accept returns or give refunds if:

- The item does not fit or have compatibility issue.

- The item is a different color than what you thought

- The item has "small scratches" or "normal wear" due to the fact that these are used parts

- There are no returns on Electrical parts.
