This is a pair of rear door panels that will fit BMW 1997-2003 e39 (5 series models) They are light tan in color with the wood strip. There is some light wear you can't see in the pictures. Both upper portions above the wood strip is detached from it's backing but it will hold in place when mounted.

Winners announced in Factory Five design competition

The brief called for a compact, two-seat roadster that shared a drivetrain with the Subaru Impreza. The car would feature a bespoke space-frame chassis, but the mechanicals would be lifted from the Impreza to allow the car to sell for under $15,000.
