BMW E39 Xenon Light Control Unit
Brand New in Box: Hella OEM

This is a new, in the box, never used BMW xenon light control unit. We bought it from the BMW dealer (Stevens Creek BMW) for $500 for our 2000 BMW 540i. It turns out that something else was causing the light to be burned out so we never used this (or even tried it). However, the dealer does not take back electronic parts like this, so we're selling it.

Made in Germany by Hella. Part number is 63 12 8 387 114.

This fits BMW E39 5-series from 1997-2003: 525i, 528i, 530i, 540i, and M5. Please verify your application yourself before purchasing this unit. I am not a dealer or affiliated with the car industry in any way, so I do not guarantee the application except for the vehicle I bought it for.

Send me an offer or buy it now if you need it right away. Free shipping.

It's a Corvettes summer at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion

Sun, 18 Aug 2013

You couldn't swing a camshaft without hitting a Corvette at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. Chevy was celebrating, in no particular order: the 60th anniversary of its iconic sports car; the rolling unveiling of the new C7 Stingray; the first-ever public peek at the C7R race car; an almost-unprecedented gathering of great Corvette race cars from all eras; and a ginormous gathering of the Corvette faithful tearing around the track in all models of screaming, roaring American muscleVettes, few with silenced exhausts and many emblazoned with all or part of the American flag. Is this a great country or what?
