Payments accepted

I accept credit card payments through paypal, I also except credit card via phone. I can accept cash if there is a local pickup.

Shipping

I usually ship items within 24 hours some items might take a little longer so you should expect your item within 2-10 business days to be delivered, my shipping prices include packaging, boxes, materials, gas, ink, time, and insurance if the item is over a certain price. I always email tracking numbers and post them on eBay at time of shipment.

Feedback

Feedback is automatically left after feedback is left for me; I have my eBay system setup to leave feedback automatically after it is left for me.

Returns

I will allow returns under the following conditions: If there is a problem with item the buyer must contact me 10 days after item has been received by buyer; I will confirm dates by tracking item. I do accept returns if contacted within 10 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipment (buyer shall pay for shipping) otherwise we do not accept returns.

Emails/questions

We are a BMW shop as well so I am not always at the computer sometimes I need a few days to respond to questions especially over the weekends I am not always by the computer on the weekends, remember it is just me selling all of these items.
