This Auction is for a Right (passenger side) Front Window  Motor which was removed from a BMW E46 M3 Convertible and was in good working condition at the time of removal. This Motor is a used BMW OEM part. I believe that this part will fit vehicles listed in link below, but Please ask questions and do your own research for fitment before bidding.This part was removed from the passenger side front door of a convertible, if using in different vehicle please do your own research for fitment  for your vehicle. Honda has delivered on its promise of bringing the 2010 Insight to market priced less than the rival Toyota Prius. The new Honda hybrid will start at just $20,470 in base LX form, including shipping charges, which undercuts the Prius by $2,250. Insight LX models come standard with front-side and side-curtain airbags, ABS, automatic climate control and power windows.

Call for stronger penalties for texting drivers

DRIVERS convicted of causing death by dangerous driving should be given stronger and more consistent penalties, according to road safety charity the Institute of Advanced Motorists has said. An IAM analysis of eleven recent prosecutions involving mobile and smartphone use revealed that the average sentence for causing death by dangerous driving is four-and-a-half years in prison and a disqualification from driving for seven years. In all of the cases analysed, the convicted drivers were found to have lost their concentration due to using their mobile phone.
