By adopting the global 'One Ford' design language, Ford is hoping the midsized sedan will build on its D-segment sales with just one product, with this car also replacing the European-market Mondeo. Smart's $99 loan deal has big balloon payment at end
Mon, 06 Jul 2009Hoping to benefit from the federal cash-for-guzzlers program, Smart USA has set up a $99 monthly payment for buyers who use their $4,500 rebate. But there's a catch--and a hefty balloon payment disclosed only as a note to an asterisk in Smart's press information announcing the offer. The Smart financing is for $99 a month for 36 months, with a balloon payment of $6,667 due at the end.
Jeep and Mopar go haulin'

The Jeep Trail Edition campers will match the conventional Jeep in colors and ruggedness, including 32-inch tires, diamond plating and a tall enough suspension to navigate big ruts. The trailers will pop open to sleep four adults while offering 76 inches of headroom.
