Up for sale is a BMW E39 5-series titanium ("titan line") radio flap trim piece. It is the same titanium finish found on the M5.  The M5 typically came with a navigation screen, and did not use this piece... so if you retrofitted an M5 trim into your 540i, 528i, 525i, or 530i then you probably don't have this piece.

There are 2 springs that flip this piece open to reveal a CD slot or cassette deck.  The springs are not included, you will need to reuse your own.  There are do-it-yourself instructions out there on the internet that show you how to replace the flap properly.

Sold as-is, no returns.

Paypal payment preferred, local pickup welcome.

A total of 87 car journalists from 35 countries were hugely impressed with the power, torque and small size of the Ford engine, with one journalist, Peter Lyon, commenting: “Who’d have believed it?

Saab sale to National Electric Vehicle Sweden confirmed

Wed, 13 Jun 2012

The sale of a substantial portion of Saab assets to National Electric Vehicle Sweden has been confirmed. It’s taken a very long time, but Saab has finally found a new home in the hands of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, as we reported last week. National Electric Vehicles Sweden has been set up to take over the assets of Saab and is a consortium of Japanese, Swedish and Chinese stakeholders, but it does not get the contentious Saab 9-5 technology that has dogged the sale of Saab so far.
