For sale is an OEM carbon fiber Bellypan, or as BMW calls it an Engine Spoiler, from a BMW HP2 Sport.  Fits 2008-2010.  Check with your dealer for exact fitment.

This is a BMW OEM part #46637716712 with original paint. The paint on top and on the sides are perfect.  Clean and almost flawless except for the underside where it bottomed out while loading on a pickup truck (see pic).  The paint and carbon fiber resin cracked but the carbon fiber underneath is still intact and in one piece.  The crack is absolutely not noticeable once it is installed on the bike and does not take away from the rigidity. This is an easy fix for the diy'er who knows how to play with carbon fiber resin or take it to a bodyshop and have it fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new one.  I checked online (Max BMW Motorcycles has an online parts fiche) and these go for $3000 brand new.  Get this one for a fraction of the cost.  Save your perfect bellypan from getting scratched and chipped and use this one for trackdays or those Sunday rides.

I ship same day with tracking number.  Contact me for International shipping or local pickup in the Central New Jersey area.

THE NUMBER of women convicted of drink-driving has almost doubled in recent years, a survey has shown. Women accounted for 9% of drink-drive convictions in 1998, but this figure had risen to 17% by 2012, the survey revealed. From car insurance company Direct Line and transport organisation the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund, the survey also showed that 17% of female motorists thought they had driven while over the legal alcohol limit in the past year.

Land Rover backed Race2Recovery team finishes Dakar Rally

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

The Race2Recovery Rally team – a group of disabled servicemen backed by Land Rover – has become the first disabled team to finish the Dakar Rally. Land Rover may have backed the Race2Recovery team in the Dakar Rally, but the real triumph is that of the team’s members as they become the first disabled team to complete the gruelling rally. In the space of just eighteen months, the Race2Recovery team has gone from a handful of disabled servicemen to a fully fledged Dakar Rally Team with 28 people, four Wildcats and a bunch of support vehicles including a pile of Discoveries for transporting the support team and equipment.
