Moving soon so I need to raise some cash by parting with some of my cherished items; This is a used BMW/BING THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH OEM BOSCH FUEL INJECTORS, FUEL RAIL AND PLENUM OFF A WELL-RUNNING K75RT THAT WAS BEING PARTED OUT DUE TO A TRANSMISSION FAILURE. FITS ALL YEAR AND MODEL VARIATIONS OF THE CLASSIC 3-CYLINDER K75 MODEL BMW MOTORCYCLES PRODUCED FROM 1986 THROUGH 1995. I purchased this for eventual installation in my '94 BMW K75S . My bike's throttle springs are getting rusty and I thought it would be spiffier with a better condition assembly such as this (no rust anywhere and it is in EXCELLENT condition). The buyer of this assembly will no doubt be pleased as new assemblies cost well over $1,100 when you can find one in stock at a BMW dealer! What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll receive. Mercedes GLA goes in to production in Germany
Sat, 07 Dec 2013The Mercedes GLA (pictured) goes in to production The new Mercedes GLA – Mercedes’ latest spin-off from the A Class – arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September as an urban SUV come Crossover, extending Mercedes reach in the premium compact sector with a serious competitor in the urban SUV market. With the growing fondness for high-riding cars – and something that’s a bit butch too – the SUV/Crossover take on the Mercedes A Class is a sound way to go and now, with production starting in Germany this week of the new GLA, Mercedes is getting close to having the GLA in customers’ hands. The first GLAs to get in to the hands of customers will probably be the GLA Edition 1 – a launch model with plenty of toys – but the model that will perhaps be most interesting is the GLA 45 AMG, with the promise of the same rufty-tufty compact SUV goodness as the rest of the range but with the 4WD platform and high performance 2.0 litre Turbo from the A 45 AMG.
Armor-plated SUV among extravagant debuts at Top Marques Monaco show
Tue, 26 Apr 2011While AutoWeek editors were pounding the pavement at the New York auto show last week, the world's silly rich were nodding polite approval at the Top Marques Monaco show. Included in the debuts were Gemballa, Fisker, Keating, Tirrito and Conquest, the latter of which showed off a ridiculously large, armor-plated SUV called the Knight XV that reportedly took organizers three hours just to maneuver it through the hall doors. Lest we forget that we're all human, Top Marques Monaco also had its “Black Friday at Wal-Mart” moments: According to organizers, Gemballa's world premiere of the Tornado was cut short after it was purchased “within 16 seconds of the show doors opening by a sheikh eager to have a piece of the action.” Full wrap-up release from Top Marques Monaco below.
