Basic Information:

The item will be sent on a CD after clear payment received.


Installation process:
  • Unlock car, open the drivers door.
  • Open the trunk, and locate the nav computer and press the eject button on the drive.
  • Eject the map disc.
  • Switch ignition to position 1, leave door open.
  • Insert firmware disc into drive, follow instruction on nav screen. Be patient, it may take a minute to come up.
  • Wait (approx. 6 mins) till sat. nav asks to eject cd for reboot.
  • Go back to trunk and eject cd, if the CD/DVD has not already ejected itself.
  • Remove from drive.
  • Replace nav map disc.
  • Confirm reboot in car, that completes the update.

Ford’s first Vignale-badged car Earlier this month, as the Frankfurt Motor Show approached, Ford revealed that it’s going back to a sales tactic they created in the 1970s – badge-engineering their cars with a coachbuilders name to create an upmarket sub-brand. Last time Ford played this game we had almost 30 years for the Ford Ghia, a range of Ford’s mainstream models that had all the toys as standard to try and create an appealing high-end option for buyers.
