OEM Mahle Oil Filter Kit & Magnetic Oil Drain Plug

Product Description

Mahle is an OEM supplier for BMW, that means that, except for the packaging, this filter kit is identical to the Genuine BMW filter kit
This is a listing for a single filter kit and magnetic oil drain plug.  The magnetic drain plug helps catch metallic contaminants in the oil that the filter might otherwise miss.  The plug is reusable so you will never need to buy it again.  Just wipe the plug off with each oil change.  Each kit includes 3 oil filter housing o-rings, 1 oil filter, one copper oil drain plug washer and one magnetic drain plug.

Application

This filter kit fits all BMW M44 engines and late M42 engines with plastic oil filter housing caps.  Verify fit with the above compatibility chart.
