Paddle shift is shifting gears via shift paddles located on the steering wheel.

Paddles are activated by switching the selector lever to M/S gear plane from (D) drive, then hitting a paddle. On some newer vehicles the paddles can be activated by just pulling or pushing a paddle. The gear you are in is displayed in the instrument cluster.

I only put on the OEM wheel and OEM paddles and they don't work?
You need our harness for the paddles to work.

Will this harness work with the M3 SMG/DCT (-) (+) paddles and M3 steering wheel?
Yes, all the part numbers are included in the kit. This paddle shift MOD works with DCT paddles, SMG Paddles, SSG paddles, and M3 paddles.

Will this harness work with the Paddle Shift BMW Performance steering wheel?
Yes. Will this harness work on other BMW models or other cars?
Sorry it will not, this harness is engineered for the 2005+ 3 Series E90 E91 E92 E93 & 1 Series E82 E83 E87 E88 BMW only. Do I have to cut any wires in my BMW?
No, the unit is plug & play. The harness is made of OEM BMW parts and is removable without a trace. There is no modifications, messy wiring, cutting, or drilling. Will the dealership know?
No. It will just look like your car came with factory paddle shift.

Can I just put the paddles on the wheel I have now?
