The R1150GS stainless screw kit is highly detailed, quality, well thought out and one of our largest kits at over 216-pieces. We used to have a company GS in our shop and used it for daily transportation. Needless to say we went overboard on this kit. This very detailed screw kit containing A2-70 grade metric stainless steel is designed specifically for the rugged R1150GS. Do not be surprised if you find higher corrosion resistant A4 hardware or even stronger 80 grade in our kits. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Button, Cap, and Flat Head style requiring common Hex key tools. The self-tapping screws in the kit are Phillips head. The R1150GS fasteners are separated into 10 zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: easy/medium. Infiniti M (2010): more news and photos
Wed, 02 Dec 2009No it’s not a bastardised four-door version of a mid-1990s Hyundai coupé, this is the Infiniti M, a rear-drive executive saloon with its sights set firmly on BMW’s new 5-series. It’s actually the third iteration of the M, but the first to come to Britain. Like other Infinitis it will be strong on value and equipment and features some novel safety systems, including a next-generation blindspot assistant and active noise cancellation.
First Sight: Volkswagen Iroc concept
Mon, 28 Aug 2006The Iroc is a show car preview of a production coupe to be launched next year that will fill a gap in the Volkswagen model line up left by the demise of the Corrado 11 years ago. Volkswagen describe the Iroc as "transferring the globally successful Scirocco idea into the future" - the Scirocco Mk1 by Giugiaro being produced from 1974-1982, the Mk2 from 1982-1992. Like the Scirocco, the Iroc is a front wheel drive coupe with four seats - as opposed to the 2+2 seating arrangement of the only other sports coupe from Volkswagen Group: the Audi TT.
Honda AC-X Concept
Thu, 10 Nov 2011The Honda AC-X plug-in hybrid sedan will form part of the company's seven concept vehicle strategy at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. From the images released by Honda, the AC-X appears similar in both size and proportion to the hydrogen fuel cell-powered FCX Clarity, with its a-pillars and windscreen base pulled far forwards, a smooth transition over its nose, screen, roof and rear deck and an elongated, sharply cut-off tail. Aerodynamic efficiency is clearly paramount.
