USED Pillion Plate by BestRest Products for BMW R1200GS 05-12 models. Has holes already for BestRest backrest. I had this powder coated to a gloss black so this is not a flat black. I had this done to better match my black GS. The powder coating is fine but not perfect. Note this pillion plate is on sale through BestRest Products for $90 but DOES NOT include the Pin. Mine already has the pin installed and is therefore ready to mount. I only ship to lower 48 US States. PayPal only.

New Peugeot 208 production cut as sales disappoint

It’s not enough when Europe is ion the midst of an economic crisis and car buyers are polarised between ‘budget’ cars that offer more for less than mainstream offerings and ‘Premium’ models that are bought on the back of a preconceived notion of more kudos. That leaves car makers like Peugeot (and Renault, Citroen, Vauxhall, Ford, Opel, Fiat…) between a rock and a hard place, unable – or unwilling – to compete with the offerings from Korea and saddled with a brand that doesn’t have the ‘class’ of an Audi or a BMW or a Mercedes or even a VW.
Pagani Huayra sets Top Gear lap record and places marker for McLaren P1
Tue, 29 Jan 2013The Pagani Huyra set a stunning record time on the Top Gear track last week and in the process laid down a marker for the new McLaren P1. The return of Top Gear at the weekend for Series 19 saw Richard Hammond get to grips with the Pagani Huayra – successor to his beloved Zonda – and after a thoroughly positive test drive Hammond handed over to the Stig to take the Huayra round the Top Gear track. In the hands of the Stig, the 6.0 litre V12 AMG engine with 730 horses powered the Huayra to a time of just 1:13.8, beating the previous record for a production car, held by the Ariel Atom V8, by a sizeable 1.3 seconds.
