It is a directly fit on sub-frame without any frame modification. Seat pan: It's a solid 24 inches long. It's metal and powder coated in black paint for weather proof Cover: Black color with white stitching (also available with other colors) Fitment: Directly fit on your sub-frame. Hinges and pin are provided for free. You need a few simple tools and mount the hinges/hooks and pin to the seat pan and to the sub-frame. It should take about 15 minutes to install it.
