BMW Performance steering wheel. Alcantara with white stitching.
This was one of my favorite mods to my X5. When I put the original back on to sell it, I realized how much colder and harder the original was.

This wheel does not have a heated option. I have never seen a performance wheel for an X5 with it. Thing is, I never missed it, as the Alcantara always seems to be the right temp. Not too hot in the sun, and not too cold in the winter.

Easy swap of your airbag and buttons to this wheel when installing. Trim is Alcantara too.

The picture of it installed is a web picture, the others are of the actual item.

Wheel is near mint.

I needed to relist, as I had shipping incorrect and the condition. The item is used and I will only ship within the United States.

Nissan X-Trail (2013) at Frankfurt motor show

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

This is the new Nissan X-Trail, which goes on UK sale in 2014. By offering a seven-seater option and an adaptive four-wheel-drive powertrain, Nissan is sounding the death-knell for its Qashqai+2 model: there’s to be a new, five-seater Qashqai next year. So, it better be good, the new X-Trail.

Rosberg & Hamilton make it a Mercedes front row: Spanish Grand Prix (2013)

Sat, 11 May 2013

Maybe Lewis Hamilton wasn’t as daft as we all thought jumping ship from McLaren and heading off to Mercedes F1. When we all thought the Mercedes F1 team didn’t have a chance of doing anything special in 2013, Hamilton and Rosberg have proved the 2013 car is a strong contender, and in final qualifying for tomorrow’s Spanish Grand Prix they’ve locked out the front row. Hamilton’s team mate Rosberg beat him to pole position – his second pole in a row – with Red Bull’s Vettel having to settle for third place alongside Kimi Raikkonen’s Lotus.

Travis Pastrana canes the Global RallyCross Dodge Dart: Video

Wed, 04 Apr 2012

While Erik Carlsson showed the world that lunacy had an appropriate place in rallying—they didn't call him "Carlsson on the Roof" for nothing—it took Ken Block's marketing savvy and the paste-it-anywhere-and-watch ubiquity of YouTube to get a broad swath of American kids amped on the antic fun that can be had with an all-terrain compact car. In a bid to get that same group excited about the new Dodge Dart, Chrysler enlisted Travis Pastrana to pilot its Global RallyCross entry. And in a sort of low-budget, less-elaborate version of Block's wacky-upon-zany Gymkhana videos, Pastrana puts the Dart through its paces, losing the passenger-side rear corner of the bodywork in the process.
