BMW Z3 SERIES HARMAN KARDON TOP-HIFI-SYSTEM AMPLIFIER SET FOR SPEAKERS AND SUBWOOFER

This Original BMW Harman Kardon Z3 (Roadster and Coupe) car amplifier set with plugs and wire ends works nice. The parts are in used condition and have been taken off a 2001 Z3 model with HK HiFi system. The amplifier set fits BMW Z3 coupe and sedan models and the matching Original BMW mounting brackets for the trunk are included. It comes with mounting hardware and as pictured above. You will find more Original BMW parts in my other listings and I will gladly combine shipping!

This rare factory setup got installed on Z3 made from 07/1999 on and would upgrade earlier models that came without subwoofer as well as all Z3 without HK system.
This system is very hard to find and though they look a little aged the units sound great! They will be hidden when installed and are reliable!

Note: This is not the early Z3 single amplifier HK system that you will find for sale around. Both audiophile amplifiers go together and produce one superior sound on the Z3.

VW Beetle GSR Limited Edition gets 207bhp

Thu, 07 Feb 2013

Volkswagen are launching a limited edition of the Beetle – the VW Beetle GSR – with yellow and black paint job and 207bhp. The Beetle GSR stays relatively faithful to the paint job on its granddad with the bonnet and boot of the GSR in black, as are the roof and mirrors, and there are yellow and black stripes with ‘GSR’ lettering on the sides, all setting off the yellow paint job and 19″ alloys completing the exterior. Oddly, despite the GSR paying tribute to its 1970s predecessor, you can also order your GSR in Platinum Grey or Black. Inside, the new GSR gets R-Line racing track sports seats with cloth upholstery and yellow stitching )although our Colonial cousins get full leather) and a leather steering wheel with the build number – 1 to 3,500 – on a badge on the wheel, R-Line dash, GSR gear stick, leather handbrake cover and black mats with yellow trim.

Volkswagen, Dogs & Star Wars – a Super Bowl Ad

Sun, 22 Jan 2012

VW gets the dogs out for its Super Bowl Advert Volkswagen is planning a new Star Wars themed advert for the Super Bowl, this time with dogs singing the Star Wars theme. It may not be a big deal for us on this side of the Pond, but adverts in the Super Bowl are a very big deal for car makers in the US. Last year Volkswagen managed a viral hit with their ‘Little Vader’ take on Star Wars for the Super Bowl Ad, so they’re back this year with a variation on the same theme, with a choir of dogs barking out the Star Wars Theme.

New 2013 Nissan Note gets more appealing

Mon, 18 Feb 2013

The new Nissan Note has turned in to a Ford Fiesta basher as Nissan turn the Note from a boring little MPV in to a convincing small hatch. We did think the Invitation would be watered down to produce a slightly titivated new Note for production, but much of the style has found its way through in to the new Note – which we first saw in the JDM Nissan Note last summer – and the Note now looks set to take on proper compact hatches like the Ford Fiesta. The nose of the new Note is now more convincing – with new headlights and grill – and the doors get a great big feature crease that looks like a giant smoothing iron has stamped its mark, although Nissan say it’s a ‘Squash Line’  whose ‘angles were inspired by the flight of a fast moving squash ball travelling around a court’.
