Suunto Bulkhead-Mount Compass Made in Finland. Model: B110 Serial Number: 728675. Compass card size approximately 4" diameter and mounting hole to install compass is 5" diameter. I am selling the compass from my Contessa Sailboat. This compass is balanced for Zone 1 (North America) and seems to work fine. I replaced this compass with a “world-balanced compass” only because I am planning on sailing worldwide and do not want to deal with the annoyance of the compass card tipping as I go further and further into the oceans of the southern hemisphere. It has a compass card that is divided up into quarters that are colored red, green, red, green. It has a 12V compass light that also works fine as well as an aluminum anodized back cover for a neat installation. It does have a large air bubble as well as some particulate that you can see in suspension in the fluid when the compass is significantly disturbed. There are also a couple of nicks near the top of the plastic dome. These things do not seem to interfere with its operation, however, you may want to get the compass serviced before installation or perhaps just do it yourself by replacing the fluid. Compass will only be shipped within the USA. Buyer will pay for actual shipping costs and insurance (if the buyer is unwilling to assume the risk of damage during transit). |

Thu, 19 Oct 2006By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 19 October 2006 02:37 Porsche has upgraded its two Boxster models, by transplanting the Cayman coupe's punchier flat six engines. The base Cayman cabriolet – sorry, Boxster – now gets a smidgen more power and torque from its 2.7-litre unit, with outputs climbing to 245bhp and 201lb ft. The tweaks shave a tenth off the 0-62mph sprint, reducing it to 6.1sec, and improve fuel economy by 1mpg to 30.4.

2015 Honda CR-V Facelift Paris 2014 debut
Wed, 01 Oct 2014The 2015 Honda CR-V Facelift gets a Paris 2014 debut It’s two years since the latest Honda CR-V arrived in the UK (and a chunk longer since it arrived in the US and Japan), so it’s a time for a refresh, with the facelifted Honda CR-V for 2015 revealed ahead of a debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show later this week. Under the skin, the four-wheel-drive versions of the new CR-V get a more powerful 1.6 litre i-DTEC diesel engine from Honda’s Earth Dreams series, which replaces the current model’s 2.2 litre diesel. The new 1.6 litre comes armed with 158bhp and 258lb/ft of torque and emissions of 130g/km (with the six-speed manual) or 135g/km when mated to the new 9-speed auto ‘box – savings of 11 and 20 cent over the old engine/gearbox combinations.
