These are sewn together with marine grade black thread with UV inhibitors. A bungee cord is sewn into the top and bottom to accommodate a through hole fender as well as the pictured "eye end" style. Easy to use. This cover will fit an 8.5" boat fender with a maximum circumference of 27". If your fender is larger than this than it won't work - it will be too tight. Over or under inflating the fender will change the fit of this cover. The cover itself is 20" long from end to end.
